Overall project competition

An overall project competition will be conducted to achieve an optimum result, particularly from an urban planning point of view. Selected companies will be invited to enter their applications in the near future. Four planning teams will be chosen to take part in the competition on the basis of these initial documents. By the end of the year, a committee consisting of various experts is expected to submit an implementation proposal to the Telekurs employee pension fund.
